1. What is SD-Chameleon?
SD-Chameleon is an ecommerce store that sells a variety of unique and fun products. Our store offers products that bring joy and convenience to your everyday life.
2. How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We want to make sure you have enough time to decide if the product is right for you.
3. What items are eligible for return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or damaged.
4. How do I start a return?
To start a return, simply contact us at info@sd-chameleon.com. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. What if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Can I return personalized or custom items?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personalized or custom items. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
7. Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures that you get exactly what you're looking for.
8. What if I'm in the European Union?
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The same conditions apply as mentioned earlier.
9. How long does it take to receive a refund?
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
10. Can I return sale items or gift cards?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sales of these items are final.
